WestPark Capital Completes WRASP for China Electric Motor, Inc. February 8, 2010 LOS ANGELES, February 8, 2010 — WestPark Capital, Inc. announced the completion of a WRASP for China Electric Motor, Inc. (Nasdaq: CELM).
