During his career, Salvatore has held executive posts at significant regional and national firms such as Joseph Charles and Associates, and Dawson James Securities, where in the latter he served as Managing Partner. Salvatore is noted for his talent in not only developing retail distribution channels but his forward thinking approach in realigning corporate strategies circa 2005 with the shifting economy and changes in the financial services arena to develop fee-based business. “Mr. Salvatore will be using his highly developed skills and broad range of experience to further develop West Park’s Retail Brokerage presence and enhance the firm's distribution capabilities,” says Mr. Rappaport. Douglas F. Kaiser, Joins WestPark Capital as Managing Director, Brokerage and Sales The other half of WestPark Capital’s new national development team is Douglas Kaiser, a highly credentialed financial services professional who began his career in 1988 as a retail broker for a small regional firm in White Plains, New York. Kaiser’s experience coupled with exemplary supervisory, compliance and operational skills proved invaluable when he went on to become a Founding Partner of Joseph Charles & Associates (JCA) in 1991. As a principal in the organization, Mr. Kaiser excelled in the areas of Trading Operations, as well as Market Making; during the latter stages of his career at JCA, his successes also included appointment as Head of Sales.
