Weiming Zhang, Ph.D., Managing Director - Dr. Zhang has over 10 years of experience in the investment banking business in Asia with a focus on China. From 1994 to 1999, Dr. Zhang worked in the corporate finance division of Merrill Lynch (Hong Kong) and later in the corporate finance division at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell (Hong Kong) as the Director responsible for coverage and execution of oversea IPOs (Hong Kong, NYSE, NASDAQ), cross-border M&A and private placement transactions for Chinese companies.
Dr. Zhang returned to Shanghai in 1999 and became managing director of FirstAlliance Capital to advise Chinese companies, particularly private companies, in capital raising, corporate restructuring, overseas listing (NASDAQ, Hong Kong, etc) and strategic alliances. Major clients include leading technology, auto and manufacturing companies, power and energy companies, renowned listed companies as well as some of the key government departments in Shanghai.
Dr. Zhang received her Ph.D. degree from Columbia Business School in New York, a Master of Science degree from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Southwest University of China.

William Tsai, Managing Director - Mr. Tsai has over 12 years of experience in venture capital. & investment banking, mutual fund, securities & currencies markets; he represents WestPark Capital Inc. as its representative in Taiwan and China. Prior to joining WestPark, he was the Managing Director of Melastic Hong Kong in manufacturing licensee products of Disney Land and Warner Brothers for more than 7 years in China. From 1992 to 2002 Mr. Tsai was the Founding Partner the Forex currency company in Hong Kong and CEO of Royal Securities Investment Advisory Company and Royal International Management Consultant Company. Over the years he had extensive experience in international capital investment, project finance, M & A, currencies exchange management and securities transactions; he had completed over 25 private placements and public offering. Mr. Tsai was a team leader of project management designated for projects and finance in South Africa, Kinshasa (Zaire) and Philippines in early 1980.
He received his B.S. degree in International Trade from the University of Tamkang and pursued International Business Management at the IMI and attended Fund Investment at ICI, U.S. Mr. Tsai is a member of National Association of Securities Analysis and CIFA.

King Kwok Yu, Director and President
Mr. Yu received a Bachelor of
Arts from York University, Toronto, Canada, a Master of Arts
in Economics from the University of California, Santa
Barbara, California, USA, and a Master of Business
Administration in Accounting from the Golden Gate
University, San Francisco, California, USA.
Mr. Yu was qualified as a
Certified Public Accountant in the State of California in
the early 1980s. He worked for the accounting firm of
Oppenheim, Appel & Dixon in San Francisco and Los Angeles
for five years. Mr. Yu returned to Hong Kong in 1984 and
worked for the accounting firms, Ernst & Whinney and Spicer
& Oppenheim. Mr. Yu is also a member of the Hong Kong
Society of Accountants.
Subsequent to his career in
public accounting, Mr. Yu became the Financial Controller of
a Hong Kong listed company, and then the Group Chief
Accountant of a multi-national group. From 1993 to 1998, Mr.
Yu served as a Director/Finance Director to several
companies including a corporate finance house and a
pharmaceutical joint venture company in China. During this
period of time, Mr. Yu involved extensively in several
cross-border listing of China assets in the capital markets
in the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. In 1999, Mr. Yu
formed a Delaware corporation with his business associates
and completed the filing of a Registration Statement Form
10SB for this company. He was responsible for all 10Q and
10K filings for this company. In early 2001, Mr. Yu became a
Director and the President of Yellowstone Corporate
Services, Inc. a US corporation presently in the process of
becoming a Reporting Company under the Securities and
Exchange Act of 1934.
Mr. Yu also serves as a Director
to several companies listed/to be listed in the US.
International transactions
The management of WestPark Hong
Kong Limited were instrumentally in the successful
completion of the following international transactions:

1992/1993 - Assisted a Hong
Kong based company which owned a hotel in Shenzhen, China,
to take over a United Kingdom company listed on the London
Stock Exchange, and raised about GBP 20 million as part of
this reverse takeover exercise.

1994 – Arranged for the
formation of a Sino-Australian pharmaceutical joint
venture operation in Foshan, China whereby the Australian
equity partner injected US$22.5 million into the joint
venture.

1999/2000
– Formed a Reporting Company under the US Securities and
Exchange Act of 1934 which completed a merger with a Hong
Kong based operating company in August 2000.
