Philip Li- Analyst, Investment Banking

Prior to joining WestPark, Mr. Li was with DKP Group – a China based private equity fund, where he evaluated, executed and monitored various private equity investments.

Before joining DKP, Mr. Li was with Mosaic Capital, where he was responsible for executing sell-side M&A and capital raise transactions for middle market companies. Before that, Mr. Li was with KPMG’s Structured Finance Group, where he provided securitization advisory in corporate finance transactions ranging from $500 million to $2 billion.

Philip graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Business Economics and a Minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles.
