NIVS IntelliMedia Technology Group Announces NYSE Amex US Listing and Common Stock Offering March 13, 2009 Huizhou, Guangdong, China, March 13, 2009 – NIVS IntelliMedia Technology Group, Inc., ("NIVS" or "Company") today announced the listing of its common stock on the NYSE Amex. The shares began trading today under the symbol "NIV." The Company also announced a public offering of 550,000 shares of its common stock at $3.50 per share. The Company has granted to the underwriter an option for 45 days following the closing to purchase up to an additional 82,500 shares to cover over-allotments, if any. NIVS intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
