As a fully disclosed Broker Dealer, we
have developed a Significant Business
Disruption Plan to ensure our business
continuity. In our capacity as broker
dealer firm, we provide a variety of
services that require the provision of
continual technological and operational
support for our brokers as well our customers.
In connection with accomplishing business
continuity, we have established a remotely
independent (SBD) site as a major component
of our plan. This Site has the resources
in place to operate and maintain our
broker dealer business in the event that
our headquarters in Los Angeles, CA cannot
be occupied due to anything from a natural
disaster to a terrorist attack whether
or not such event effects only our firm
or is more regional in scope. The (SBD)
plan believes restoration of critical
processes within a twenty-four hour time
span. Please note that the specifics
of our (SBD) plan are subject to modification.
