China Biopharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. Retains Investment Bank Wellfleet Partners, Inc. and its Affiliates to Advise on Financings and Strategic Initiatives and Procure Bridge Funding. January 6, 2005 COMPANY TO ADVANCE PLANS FOR GROWTH NEW YORK, NY – China Biopharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. (CBH) announced that it has retained Investment Bank Wellfleet Partners (WPs or Wellfleet) to advise the Company on financing opportunities as well as strategic initiatives, and subsequently closed a $500,000 Convertible Bridge Loan the first week in January 2005 through its broker-dealer relationship with WestPark Capital (WPC or WestPark). “Having previously worked with many companies in the pharmaceutical services sector, we have developed a great understanding of the space, and we look forward to lending our expertise to the execution of the Company's strategic growth plans.
